We offer two levels of hosting services.
- Basic Hosting – this level of hosting provides full hosting and technical liaison services. Support is available during normal business hours via email or phone. Basic hosting includes an annual site health check and suggestions for possible improvements.
- Standard Hosting – this includes all the features of basic hosting plus 7x24 access to support for critical (site down) issues via phone. It also includes a free domain name, routine site monitoring and health check, and a written quarterly site review. The quarterly review includes a full health check, an activity summary, a search engine summary, a utilization review, and recommendations for preventative actions or improvements.
We believe part of the reason for hiring an expert is so you don't have to be one. If your site has a problem, you don't have to figure out who to call or try to fix it on your own, you call us.
